Phil Moses - Owner
With over 25 years of experience on the academic side of intercollegiate athletics Moses boasts a career filled with leadership, team building, partnering, building relationships and quality programming experience in higher education. Positions at Florida International University (almost 2 years), NC State University (over 16 years), Texas A&M University (5 years) and Arizona State University (2 years) provided a pathway for Moses to be a national leader in the field of athletic academic advising. Moses served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A) for over 10 years and was elected to lead the national organization as president in 2002-2003. In 2006 Moses received the N4A's Distinguished Leadership Award for outstanding leadership and dedication to the association. Moses also received NC State's Academic Advisor 
Administrator Award (2003) in recognition and celebration of exemplary support and development of quality advising programs for North Carolina State University. In 2008 under Moses' leadership, NC State's Academic Support Program for Student Athletes was recognized by the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) as an "Exemplary Program." In 2004, Moses was selected as the "Tar Heel of the Week" by the News and Observer. Prior to entering the field of higher education, Moses had five years of experience as a Reading Specialist, two years of experience at a private school in Puerto Rico (teacher and principal), one year as a private tutor for the children of former New York Governor, Hugh Carey, and two years of experience as a Youth Program Counselor.

Barb Moses - Owner
Barb Moses is a recently retired third generation educator with degrees in special education and elementary education, and teaching certification in social studies. She graduated from Arizona State University, and has taught in Arizona, Texas and North Carolina.  Her thirty-five year career includes teaching elementary education, middle school social studies, special education, and after school education programs in a preschool/daycare setting.  Other than regular classroom responsibilities, she has served as department chair, team leader, beginning teacher mentor, cooperating teacher for student teachers, and various other leadership roles. She was a participant in the WCPSS Teachers as Leaders program, and 
previously served on the leadership team at West Millbrook Middle School. Barb has also previously served on the Hudson Memorial Presbyterian Church Preschool Board of Directors. Barb enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, traveling, family time, and her beagle boy, Max.​
